Unresponsive, manipulative, untrustworthy. I stayed in a Houst-managed flat in London with broken wifi. Called and emailed them twice, both times they were apologetic but didn't fix it. The second time, they actually told me the previous guest had told them it was broken, they had even ordered a new wifi router and it was sitting right there in the flat but they hadn't found anyone to set it up yet. Great... After I left, I got a message from Houst offering a 20% refund on account of the broken wifi. Very decent of them, I thought. Turns out they just wanted to manipulate my review and had no intention of going through with the refund. After that they accused me of losing the keys to the flat, which I definitely did not do, as cover for reneging. Best case scenario, they are so disorganized they can't get a wifi router fixed and manage to lose house keys which were left in plain sight. Worst case scenario, they are deliberately misleading customers and potentially opening their hosts to court claims.

I have been using Airsorted for 4 months now. Yes there were a few teething problems, mainly with the cleaners but Elle has been great at sorting these. I seem to be getting great reviews, so the guests are happy with the service and the flat. I hope this continues to be a great working relationship as this is the perfect way for me to gain income from my flat and be able to stay when I need to be in Brighton for a few days every 4 to 6 weeks. I think the fees are standard for lettings industry and the other big name in this style of management charges more, so overall I am happy with Airsorted & their service.

This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. They charged an absolute fortune for cleaning and the place was disgusting (did the minimal amount every time, not even completing basic tasks that were asked). They double booked guests, ignored emails and missed phone calls arranged to discuss problems. They literally lost me over 2000. I even had a guest walk out after 10 minutes of being there because the place was so bad. It was immaculate when I left it with them. If you care about your property, money or business relationships DO NOT USE HOUST. So glad to be away from them. (Look at how they allowed the extractor to get.... (see photos) they dont have a care in the world. This is a freeze frame from a video regarding a different problem that I spotted. I requested it to be cleaned and after 4 different cleans it was still like this) Houst are the absolute worst.
