My wife and I visited LA on vacation and as we are both regular CrossFitters (and I am a big fan of Andy Petranek's work) it just made perfect sense to visit CFLA for a mid-vacation WOD. In the run up to our visit, we received excellent customer service from Nikki, who made us feel very welcome and was on hand to answer any questions we had. Jonesy was our coach for the session - we were impressed by his coaching style, very clear and very encouraging - he put us through a great WOD which stands out as being one of our most memorable and made us feel like we were part of the CFLA family and not just tourists. Thanks for the great experience guys - we hope to be back soon!

Clean gym with fantastic coaches. Smaller classes mean there's plenty of attention given to each person, and they make sure all the movements are scaled and accessible (while still smartly pushing you). Great box to drop in, and even better place to be a member!
