I took a training on Managing Virtual Team with AIM back in 2017. The content is still relevant, and it helped me to achieve greater results with my International team. Im still using the tools and techniques learned back then. Yael is very knowledgeable and helps you to find your own Managing style to perform better and help other to improve their performance without being too cold or aggressive.
