I do apologize, we take pictures of every order we send out and try to text out a picture to the customers for just our of courtesy. However, on busy days we don't always get that chance. We are a small shop and I very seldom have time to check emails during the day, but if you would have called to request a picture. I would have made sure you received one.

Im out of state and ordered an arrangement for a relative. I requested for the business to send me a picture by email of the product I pick before sending it out: In loving memory Bouquet, size XL. Never got the picture or an email or notification confirmation of the arrangement being delivered. I will be using someone else next time for better communication.
I apologize for the mess up on your order. We were in process of training a new employee on our pos system, she did not save the order. When we spoke to you early in the afternoon, I offered to deliver it to her home instead of her work and you did not want us to do it. We did go ahead and deliver it to her place of employment free of charge with in 10 minutes of you calling. The manager told the delivery driver she would give it to her. Very disappointed!! Called to have flowers and chocolate delivered for a birthday and they never put it in the system therefore was forgotten about and never delivered but wrote down my credit card information on paper.
I sent flowers, the recipient loved them.. but I tried to call and change the note with the flowers. Called 5x left a message, and haven't heard back. They said they would email a picture before they sent them but didn't. I was a little disappointed in the service.. but my mission was accomplished..
