The owner Kin Roberts is very rude! She lacks customer service and what she fails to realize is customers' money is what keeps her business a float. I will never do business with her again. A Great experience....where as, business is based on how you make someone feel, which in turn creates customer satisfation and retention.. made me feel special!! the professionalism and the courtesy and time spent with me was overwhelming ensuring the embroidery on a special gift, for my son.
