They lie about their car warranty details. They fail to discuss small details of warranties resulting in coverage being denied. Do not buy from them!!! They also do not answer the phone or return calls. Horrible buying experience!!! Do not buy from them!!! They take advantage of young female first time buyers. At this point, it is waiting game. I hope that they are willing to fix my daughter's front window on her car at minimal cost to her. Do Not buy from them!!!
I was selling my 2010 CRV and got 5 on-line estimates. My car had some cosmetic dents, which I disclosed on-line. Kuni gave me the highest bid, but it was close to 2 others. When I went in to confirm the bid they were polite, but I got the "used car salesman treatment". Your car has this and that imperfection that subtracted over $2800 from their on-line bid. I went to Car Max whose on-line bid was $200 less than Kuni's, and their offer was exactly what they bid, $2600 higher that Kuni's final offer. It seems like this was this a bait and switch?

From the moment I walked in the front door and a few hours later drove out the back door it was a fast and pleasant experience. I wasnt sure if I would buy a Honda but thought Id just check them out. My representative, Daniel, was so welcoming and attentive. Im not exaggerating when I say that he seemed to genuinely want me to get a great car at a great price. My credit wasnt superior but he didnt make me feel less than because of that. He was reassuring every step of the way, alleviating my anxiety. Then I met Ralph! WHAT A DEAR MAN! He walked me through each step of the financial process making sure I understood what I was signing. All too often, women are rushed through this process and taken advantage of without really knowing whats happening until its too late. Ralph was so patient because several times through the process I really didnt understand what he was saying but without making me feel bad about my lack of knowledge he explained until I got it. I would recommend your company to any woman on her own, looking to buy a car. My drive home was a joy as I pinpointed at least 6 differences in my new car compared to my previous oneall positive.
