I went in for an 8am appointment today. Not sure what happened to the individual. But the technician didn't get in until after 8:30. So since my service didn't start at 8am. I ended up being late to work for the second time. Since getting service at CUABS. I only work 9 minutes away. Still didn't make it in for 10am.

First, I am not the most patient person, but service here seems extremely slow. An oil change (that didn't happen)(I suppose they did fill the fluids and stuff), an inspection, and an exterior car wash took over 3 hours. I don't know if they only have 1 mechanic or what, but I was the only customer in the lounge. This seems an overly long time to wait.

This was an amazing experience. Everything went smoothly, and the staff there took great care of us without any high pressure sales attempts. Can't recommend them enough!
