The doctors are highly professional and good, but the optical shop is not. I will never purchase glasses from them again. I almost did not this time because of the things that happened to me last time, but I wanted to give them a second chance. Last time the measurements were wrong so they sent them back to be redone. They still came out wrong but they said it was only slightly off so nothing was done. This time both lenses have small cracks. I didn't notice until I took them off an hour later and thought there were smudges. As I tried to clean them they did not go away and as I inspected closely I noticed they were cracks. I called to report the problem and they told me to return them within 7 days and they would send them back. My husband returned them within that time frame and a worker said that he should keep them and she would order new glasses. Now 5 days later I get a call stating that the glasses need to be returned and my policy needs to be used for the damage. What? I just want a refund so I can find a place that knows what they are doing the first time.
