Hey Lawrence, Im sorry to hear that we couldnt get you in at your schedule time. Our shop policy is to drop all vehicles off. We offer loaner vehicles and ask all of our clients to leave the vehicles so we do not have to rush on them or when situations arise with our techs, you do not have to wait here longer.

I am very disappointed with Audio Designs. I have set three different early morning appointments at this facility to have electronics installed into my pickup truck. Every morning that they gave me an appointment they were backlogged and could not take my vehicle this last and third appointment they accepted and had room for my truck to be worked on a job that was supposed to only take an hour to 90 minutes I left it there had breakfast came back and my truck had not been touched and I was gone for an hour and 20 minutes. I was told that there were only one technician and he could not work on it till maybe later in the day after three appointments I thought I would be on top of the list to get my work done on my vehicle. If you're looking for good audio video equipment to be installed I would not trust these people.

Chris was great help, full of information and will definitely steer you in the direction you need to go with whatever youre having done. I would definitely take my vehicle back to audio designs & custom graphics for any further work that I need done. Great bunch of people there!

Business with this company is great until you have an issue or they get your money! I have been calling, leaving voicemails, and emails since I had my sound system installed for almost a month now .... still no response!! Had to go to another company to get the problem diagnosed, but still havent heard from these guys. Its sad whenever you spend thousands of dollars with a company and cant get a call back for a minor repair! Can someone answer the damn phone so I can get my truck back!!?!!
