Very poor customer service (as in No customer service at all), unshipped orders, changing the amount on invoices and charging more money. These are my personal complaints. There are many complaints about people not getting what they ordered or receiving defective products. Do your own research before you buy.
Horrendous customer service. Orders not shipped, problems with exchanges and refunds, and I had to reach out to customer service a dozen times since they don't responds to text or email as advertised. When I requested a refund, they tried to take a percentage of it and REFUSED TO REFUND THE TAX AMOUNT! My advice is to be careful of this company, they overpromise and under-deliver.
Beautiful location to smell some beautiful scents! They have so many different choices for different styles. I love the concept of being able to turn off the scent so you dont have to have them going all night or while you are out of the home
Bought 2 Pura wall plug ins and multiple scents and it does NOT give out any scent at all. To smell it you have to bend down by the plug in. I live in a smaller sized townhome with small rooms and it didnt even fill a small room. The scents run out so fast and are expensive! I went back to using my bath and body works plug ins and theyve worked a million times better. I tried for a few months to give it a solid chance but was a huge let down.
