I have never seen anything like that! I Hired them a year ago they have already received all my documents all my hospital bills and they have never called me or responded to my calls they are liars please guys do not trust them. They have really bad customer service and bad company

Edit: I have been trying to get updates on my case and have had to call every time to get them rather than anyone keeping me informed. The process has been going since June and I still dont have a clear answer on what I can expect from a resolution or when. Im a bit frustrated right now and I cant say Id recommend it right now given the state. Original: So far I have enjoyed working with the team at Ali Awad Law. My case is not completed yet so i dont know if I will be satisfied with the outcome but my medical treatment and the care they took to get me feeling better has been much appreciated and I am grateful that they were able to assist me through the process.

Julixza made it a priority to complete my case ahead of time due to certain circumstances. She showed lots of compassion & tried her very best to make sure I was taken care of. I Definitely recommend Ali Awad !!!!! UPDATE : Julixza failed to pay off all of my liens before issuing a check , so now Im back in the hole I was in before . Make sure all of your liens are paid off before letting them issue you a check , because they will come after you and pin it all on you to pay when it was their mistake or just find a better law firm who does their job accurately!!! Due to her mistake theyre threatening to take me to court over almost 2000 dollars . I understand I have to pay back advanced loans but there should be a negotiation or another option to pay due to the mistake Julixza made . They wont negotiate AT ALL !!!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! They have no attention to detail and will cover themselves no matter what ! Worst lawyer experience ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They blocked me on all platforms and I cannot reach the office to speak to anyone of higher authority!!!!!!
