If you like waking up 0530 am to your neighbour living above you stomping and slamming their feet, having last to 1030pm, then this is the place for you. Apparently living in the smallest one bedroom requires running and stomping to get around. Sounds like someone dropping 20 lbs dumbells, but it last all day. If planet fitness managed this place they would tell them to stop. Made several complaints in the past two years. Nothing gets resolved. Enjoy!

They have roaches. They are charging too much money to have roaches crawling out of cabinets and eating out of your pets food bowls. Yuck

Ive lived at the Aura for a little over two years now and its been the best experience Ive had in an apartment home complex. I love my 4th floor view and love living in the Greenbrier area. Although I miss Cindy T very much, Tiffany and Tracy have been nothing but very pleasant and accommodating! The maintenance staff has never disappointed me especially when my refrigerator went out on a Saturday at the start of the pandemic lol. Steve wasted no time replacing the part and had it fixed right away (glad I didnt have to throw out any good haha).

I'm living in Aura (main building 745) for about a year now. There are many positives to mention about. First of all, the location is excellent. If you just step out, all your daily needs are within a minutes walk. The property is super clean, also the maintenance is top class. Most importantly all staffs are courteous & very helpful. There is a clean pool which is a great fun during summer, a nice library cum computer room, Activity room, Yoga room, Gym & so much more. Now this is not a paid or biased review, so yes there are negatives. The rent is on the higher side & it continues to rise with every renewal. Also every month you will get surprised with crazy water and sewer bills, as the method of their billing is faulty. Thus after a certain point it goes beyond your affordability level, so even if you want to enjoy your time in Aura, you can't & have to leave with a heavy heart, as the management never compromises on the price point.

Would not recommend. They are only interested in signing new tenants. Huge increases at renewals. Also, when you leave they will do whatever it takes to get as much money out of you. Heaven forbid you need to leave due to unforeseen circumstances. They make the process everything you don't want it to be. They charge a premium and do not offer anywhere near the bang for your buck. Stay away!
