If youre an essential worker helping with the hurricane relief in SW Florida. Do not stay here. They will nickel and dime you for valet parking via 3rd party vendor. $47 daily, you can got across the street or next door for 1/2 the cost. My fiancé stayed there and commutes back and forth to Naples to help with the Hurricane Ian relief efforts. They dont care, supervisor not available on weekends nor when I called during business hours. This place is great for people on vacation unfortunately we were not able to use the amenities because relief victims are our priority at this time. $39.01 resort fee daily which is fine but not $47 to drive across the street and park my car when it wasnt even locked!!! I have an app for my car and it was not locked because I was unable to use my remote start. It informed my car was unlocked for more than 4 hours, valet team had my keys the entire time. $240 later for 2 days ridiculous and inconsiderate. Behind the headboard it was dirty and the picture frame was on the floor, which was supposedly to cover the electric panel. Is that even allowed? Bartenders are nice and friendly, which i could rate them separately and the food was good.

We loved our stay here. So much fun it's right on the beach. Sure it's a bit pricey but it's a resort, in a tourist area, again right on the beach. The rooms are pretty clean, they're obviously used and people go there to party so be realistic when getting picky about the rooms. The staff was very friendly and kind. The location was pristine, in walking distance to plenty of bars, a CVS, restaurants, and activities.

It was okay. Easy to get lost without help. Wasn't told which building my room was with clear direction. The room looks nice at first glance but the sink looked like it was ready to fall out, there wasn't any storage for clothes, and the window was facing the walking area for the pool so there was no satisfaction in having the sun come into the room without the chance of a peeping Tom. The beach was really close so that was great. The staff themselves are okay. The bartender near the sushi place didn't pay my mom any attention, she had to flag him down and there were only 4 people. The valet system needs help and it is very biased. We took my sister's car which is a little banged up instead of mine or my mom's cars which are higher end and new. They didn't open the door for us, but did for the car behind us.
