Absolutely shocking customer service Firstly they allowed and order to be place on items they don't have in stock. They then tried to change the order for mixed colour I needed all the same colours after days of sparce emails I finally settled on all black because I needed the order ASAP to be told theyve just sold out aswell. Countless unanswered phone calls, voice mails and emails and still not sorted. I asked for a refund to be told half the order had already been sent out, so I was forced to buy somthing I now couldn't use and was offered a refund on the remaing missing stock. We are now a week in still no refund no return on emails and no one ever answers the phone! I will never order from this company again.

Poor customer service. The sale at the beginning of the process was amazing but its one of those times where what is said is too good to be true and the expectations made were not lived up to. Poor pricing also. The service was dreadful with us as a business about to make the first of many very large orders. I hate to think what the customer service and standard would be like for a much smaller order. Do not go to Yazzoo!
Ordered 13 printed shirts with standard delivery. Got talking to one of the clothing team and explained the design / that I only had 6 days till our event. The shirts arrived two days before the event and are perfect! Would definitely use this company again.
Hi Nick, All of these payments failed because the postcode you were putting in for your card address was not the right one. You then repeatedly put in the incorrect postcode. When you rang up you were informed of this, but you then tried to use the card again with the wrong postcode, as if it would magically start being the right one. I would suggest calling your bank to ask them what postcode your card is registered to next time, instead of losing your temper and shouting and swearing at the staff on the other end of the phone who were only trying to help you - a tactic that also failed to get the payment through.

Not a very professional service! Three attempts, purchasing 2 premium hoodies from this company. 3 payments taken from my account, however rejected by world pay. No apology of any sort for inconvenience caused, just prolific, repetitive excuses and skirted liability. Not a company I'll be recommending any time soon! Further to this, the lame excuse that the card address was incorrect and as such invalidated the card payments is not the consensus taken by the bank. Extended, being accused of swearing at staff is groundless and false accusation. Unfortunately a blatant display of poor organisation on the companies part (I am referring to the way in which this issue was handled) unsurprisingly raised my temper. I will be monitoring my account carefully.
