The new management over her is beyond TERRIBLE. Nothing is done right here, everyone has to live in fear just because new management is always looking everyones shoulders. Being in public areas such as the pool, game room, etc they always appear to find a complaint. Trash is never taken on time and its seems as if the management is living in her office because they are staying late at night in the dark in their office. Old management were more lenient but ever since they have left everything has gone down. More people are getting out of contracts because of this new management. Fix it ASAP

If I could give negative stars I would. This property even though they are brand new, are the absolute worse to say the least. From day one I have had nothing but issues moving to this place. Appliances are super cheap, property is not kept up meaning trash is everywhere. The package room is a joke its just an open room with cubbies and packages go missing all the time and its always cluttered. Management hasnt been that great but the new management are the worst! Neighbors are inconsiderate, walls are paper thin I can hear everything my neighbors do and I mean everything. The word luxury is used here but please really look at reviews from people that have been here for awhile vs people that only toured the property, have not moved in yet or has not been here long enough to give a true review. Unless you like paper thin walls, cheap appliances, packages going missing, management team that dont do anything, trash near your front door then this new term of luxury is the place for you. I will not be renewing my lease here matter of fact we are moving out early thats how much we truly hate living here. This review can go on and on but I will stop here.

I recently moved in into the domain. Its honestly the best move I could ever make the management team is top tier. The leasing agent Desiree helped me through the whole process. She made my move in almost too easy helped me every step of the way. She explained things thoroughly and was always there to answer my questions. Ive lived in the DFW area for 10 years and never have I found a place like this. Strongly recommend it. Karina and Morgan where super supportive and on top of my deadlines and where exceptional at responding on time every time. I really appreciate it and I hope these professionals get the acknowledgment they deserve. Thanks and look forward to being here for a long time.

Assistant manager Karina Ruvalcaba emailed me personal invitation to tour the property after I viewed it online. This Euless location is an easy 30 minute drive from both downtown Dallas and Fort Worth. The complex is part of a new home/townhouse/apartment development. Construction will be finalized in October. The buildings have elevators and wide hallways. The apartment homes are bright and modern, with large windows. They come with washer/dryers. Karina pointed out the spin bikes in the gym, the indoor 24 hr mail room with secure package pick up, and their pool area with private seating areas. The information area is marked for social distancing and hand sanitizer is readily available. Karina and the staff were obviously respectful of the need for safety, while going out of their way to be welcoming. Looking for a new home has proven especially stressful during this pandemic. I would like to thank Karina and the everyone at Domain for making it easier.

This apartment complex will receive 5 stars when they fix the visitor parking situation. What is the point of registering your car to park if you can only park in a very small amount of places to park.
