So why when you apply to these apartments they give you the run around for over a week and than when they finally get back to you, they make up lies about your credit score to get triple deposits. If i pull up my credit and it says one score and than you tell me something else im going to deem you as a scam! Do you all think you are a metropolitan city offering luxurious apartments with full amenities.? Yall run from these people. There taking your app fee and running with it.

Ive been here for over 2 years and have never had an issue with management. Anytime I may have had a concern the property manager Devin Schrupp has always been on top of it and always responds in a timely manner! he doesnt ignore the issue at hand and always made sure I was taken care of thats why Ive stayed here so long. Its sometimes hard to find great property managers but he does an amazing job! I most definitely recommend Parkside and its nice and affordable. Thanks Devin Schrupp I have to give credit where its due

Update on new items In the apartments gated community Washer and dryer hookup not far for the local major shopping location!! Cameras on property!! Nice side rooms and its Quiet!! You cant find that everywhere!! If you looking for a New place to stay try here!! Am loving it !! Byron is straight up with you too!! They are making this place beautiful I give it a five star
