Ive called two days straight to see about my glasses the check out receptionist is always horrible everyone else is fine but they definitely be need to replace her it would be a lot more pleasant experience REPLACE HER NOW SHES RUDE GAVE ME A WHOLE OTHER PERSONS GLASSES FOR MY DAUGHTER CALLED ME TOLD ME THEY WERE READY NOT ONLY WERE THEY NOT HERS I HAD TO GO BACK TAKE THEM BACK TO BE TOLD IT WILL BE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS RETIRE HER LET HER BE RUDE AT HOME

Rude extremely rude wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I never wrote a review before but this place is so bad I have to.
Thank you Kaitlyn! Dr. Sunderman & Dr. Dowdall have actually purchased the practice as of February. We are working on all sorts of updates to our office with their help so we're hoping to make this year a 20/10. We look forward to seeing you!

My whole entire experience was a 15/10. I was greeted immediately with smiles and they made sure everyone was wearing masks and they took my temperature. I waited for maybe 5 minutes and I saw Dr Saunderman who is the kindest dr I have ever had. He was very understanding and informative. I was helped out by David when choosing a new pair of glasses and he was absolutely wonderful. I the exact pair of glasses I was looking for. The whole staff was on point. The office was extremely clean and sanitized. I would recommend them to anyone. Ive never had a bad experience. They sent out reminders for my appointment which was very helpful. I was thrilled when I left and I cant wait for my new frames/lenses to come in!
The optometrist and staff met and exceeding my expectations. I am so glad I found them after moving to Northern Kentucky. I can see well. Can't give a better recommendation than that.

Dr is great front desk check out lady is rude . she just cost them a $700 sale on eye glasses . im getting my glasses somewhere else. I been going here for over 15 years . I won't be back
