Hi please note that it has always been a policy that user data needs to be backed up before booking your device in for repair, no matter what the issue is. This is standard practice for most if not all manufacturers, it is done as a protection to you and your personal data. As during repair/testing if the phone fails during testing you won't be lost if the data gets deleted. Please note walk in support in croydon is turning into postal only from 1 June. Your next nearest walk in site would be in London but Please book an appointment as they tend to be very busy.

Bad experience in Samsung support centre on Croydon. Gangsters in there, took the phone of my hands, asked me to unlock, than he walked in the room, tried to explain he cant do that as i have personal data on my phone, i want you to discuss the issue, and than we decide, before i leave the phone on store i want to remove all of my data, guy got so heated and defensive, ended up not leaving the phone there, as he refused to deal with it due to some Samsung terms and condition, which had nothing to do with my queries. Told him the terms and conditions has nothing to do with software problem as i am asking for, as I mentioned i got gangster answer boss u want phone fixed, you have to pay the whole cost Please recommend any Samsung support centre-staff friendly around Morden/Mitcham

Sent watch for repair to broken button. Claimed screen was damaged and charged 100 for repair that wasn't necessary.

HI thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately we are a support centre that carries out repairs and aren't a sales site. We do keep basic items like chargers. As there is a large number of different Samsung devices we are unable to stock cases, these however can be found directly on the Samsung website. Some of the larger Samsung sites hold cases but with next day delivery the website would be the best place to source your protection needs.
