I literally give this place a 0 star. The employees in here are ridiculous. I went to this place to get information about getting cards printed and the rep energy was so sloppy. I literally had to sell their product to myself. I asked the young lady the same questions in a different way and her tone was I dont want to be here. I then asked Is there anyone else that can help me everyone else started looking around. One young lady intervened but by that time the first rep had her arms folded while I explain to her the problem and a that point my money can be spent elsewhere. Trying to support African American businesses is ridiculous. Get better customer service!!!!

Very unprofessional. They couldn't even give any information regarding prints. Then the girl got an attitude( smacking lips and rolling eyes) when I inquired about pricing and size. I support Black Owned Businesses but this place was extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and ghetto.

My experience was phenomenal. Initially I was going with this large printing company but the turn around time was two weeks. Lan Manuel had it done in 48 hours. WOW! I literally cried when I seen the finished product because the quality was beyond perfection. This company has just earned a customer and a referral to all my colleagues. Thank you!

Everyone here is so nice, but the manager is the worst person (the one with the big fake hair), she is the worst, she is so rude. Just because of her I will never come back to this place. You should change your customer service immediately.
