Hi Sarah. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do have a work order in to have the elliptical and cable machine fixed in the gym. The elevator has been fixed for some time now, maintenance has been checking it weekly. We had our maintenance supervisor check the doors after reading this, and the key does seem to be working on all doors. If you are having any issues with your key, please stop by the office so we can see what the issue is. Parking is limited within our parking lot, however there are parking options all around the building. If you see any other issues that need to be addressed, please reach out to me, or place a work order through your resident portal. Thank you! There have been a lot of issues here recently. A lot of the equipment in the gym is broken or damage. The elevator has had multiple issues in the recent past. The one good amenity younion has (the coffee machine) has been removed with little explanation. Some of the doors have been not working with the key. There is hardly any parking for the amount of residents in the building. And with all of that the pieces have increased astronomically! There seems to be no initiative to fix problems and issues just keep coming up.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Nothing about this place is worth driving twenty minutes to look for parking at your own apartment. It is so inconvenient to do anything here. I would recommend living anywhere else.

Gate for the parking garage makes an extremely shrill and piercing creaking noise. Think haunted house door opening but multiply the noise by a thousand. With the amount they are charging, they should be able to afford some WD-40
