Very rude owner. Pays attention to the man if it's a couple instead of the woman. Doesn't seem dog friendly either. Never go there again. She needs a different business.

I have been going here for about 18 months. Ms Shawn is very gentle and careing to all our fur babies. My babies love her and to me it is important for them to trust and like the groomer.

It was great as always, we introduced our English Cream Golden Retriever puppy to his groomer. As expected he loved her. She is fantastic with the animals and I have referred her many times to everyone.

Thank you so much for your amazing review Deb. You and Rick have become part of our family for so many years. Your sweet four Shih Tzu babies are just precious to me. I loved being able to groom them when you guys lived here. . I miss them as I dont get to see them now as often since you guys moved out of state. But being able to keep them couple of months ago while you guys traveled was pure joy. It was good having them back under my roof for a little while. Of course I keep up with yall on Facebook. But it sure was nice getting to visit with you guys in person when you came down. Ive missed you guys and the fur babies. Blessings to you both and thank you for the sweet review.

I have three furbabies from Shawn Ryals / R Texas Star Shih Tzu's, and I will be getting another soon. Shawn is knowledgeable and very helpful from the first time you contact her. I have found her very accessible, honest, and very helpful with any if my concerns. My three Tzus travel with me frequently, but when I need to board them with Shawn it's like they are going to stay at their grandma's house! I never have a moment's worry when they are in Shawn's care.
