I wish I could leave a -100 Stars!!! These ppl robbed from our money, peace of mind, tranquility, time in court plus court fees! Threaten us and then accused us of threatening them, nothing is the damn Apt worlds pipes are old, they still all the bikes, they exaggerate move out fees, they are ruthless, un ethical and its hard to believe they are still in business in whats supposed to be a good area!! Dont TAKE YOUR CHANCES HERE! THEY ARE THE DEVIL!

It's an older complex but the grounds are well kept, it's peaceful, and you save a little money compared to other complexes in Valencia. Also, it's been really commuter friendly being close to the freeway on the south side of SCV. I did experience a leaky pipe that some others did. The maintenance guys were here within 5minutes to put a temporary patch on it. Then the following week they had a crew out here to re-pipe the whole apartment. They performed the work while I was at work and handled it in a way that kept the water running by the time I got home. It was only a mild inconvenience, but it couldn't have been handled any better and now I have the peace of mind of no more leaks. They told me they are in the process or re-piping the whole complex. The maintenance crew and management office have both been great.
