My cabinet refacing looks nice, but I was very disappointed in the finish work. Nail holes were not filled, doors rubbed when we opened them, a few placed were unfinished wood showed through. Luckily, my husband is handy and was able to adjust doors, fill holes, etc. A month later, and I already have a few places where the finish has chipped. They look nice on the surface but the finish quality makes me think that I probably should have gone with a complete cabinet replacement. Also, there was absolutely no follow up after the installers left with my check. No one called to make sure I was satisfied; no one called with a "thank you for your business." I felt like they were saying, "OK, we have your money. We are done."

We hired Best Cabinets to reface our existing kitchen drawers and doors. We selected the paint and Best Cabinets had them professionally painted to look brand new. The crew took one day to replace all our fronts. They came back the next day for a few minor adjustments to the guide rails. We are totally pleased with our NEW kitchen look. We enjoyed working with Caroline in refacing our 1960's kitchen cabinets and countertops. Her crew was respectful and fast. Our kitchen was done in 2 days. They came right out to adjust a couple of issues and I would recommend them again. Great value and service. We love our "new" kitchen.
