There is no doubt that the supply chain backlog is affecting not only our industry but so many others on a global basis. We've all heard about the shipping crisis and supply chain trouble and we're sorry your order may have been affected by that. Especially now, the manufacturer may give us an expected shipping date for items on backorder, then must push those dates back as things continue to backlog at the ports. Unfortunately, that's completely out of our control. As for the supervisor and manager you mentioned, we do not have anyone on staff by those names. We take pride in our sales team and customer service and would certainly address any issues that we needed to. Ordered 6 items in april 2021 received 5 the 6 items. 1 is still in back order called numerous times each time given a extended date for when they would ship hear I am calling again on oct 29th when I was told they would be shipped in september only to hear they are still in backorder. Asked if there was some kind of discount could be applied for the Obscene delay, (Supervisor) Antoinette Williams and (Manager) Angle @$%@#^& denied such a request for a patient customer. Was told by the very polite customer call representative that there waiting on the manufacturers but oddly enough I think this company doesn't have presidents, cause my 3 co-workers use US Uniforms Direct have order months after I have & already have them. Wouldn't Recommend this company unless you wish to wait until your allowance lapses
Never really have anything in stock, Most stuff has to be ordered with a 6 weeks wait. I can order online myself and it's faster. Price is full retail and often much cheaper online for the same item. Guess this place is for officer that just use department money to shop.
Thanks for the input, JJ. Lack of uniform options for women in law enforcement is a REAL thing. We hear this often and strive to find vendors to serve our female customers. Long wait times are an unfortunate reality in our business. Having on-site alterations and embroidery departments allows us to turn orders around quickly, but we are often at the mercy of our manufacturers. That's why we aim to maintain a large inventory in the store at all times. Should an item need to be ordered, it can take quite a while since our vendors are sometimes on backorder for months. We are constantly looking for ways to improve how we serve our customers so thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Not enough for women Great Selections EXCEPT for Women in the profession. Very little if any stock in womens clothing. Its 2019 & we still shouldn't have to pick from mens clothing. Takes way to long to order items & Very Pricey.
