THIS IS A FAKE REVIEW, and we are in contact with Google to have it removed. Until it is removed... How do we know that it is fake? Firstly, we have never increased a customers' fees in the middle of a contract in 22 years of trading. It simply would NEVER happen. Secondly, every member of our Team is absolutely awesome... they always answer the phone, they always respond in a friendly and helpful manner, and I don't think they have it in them to be "disgusting".

Don't do business with this company! They increased our fee's in the middle of the contract and there wasn't anything we could do about it. Tried calling multiple times to get the issue resolved and the response from we had from members of staff was disgusting.

A really great computer support company, professional, speedy and knowledgeable. We have used Mark One for a number of years and they are consistently amazing. They are always patient, and I don't think we have had a single computer issue they have not resolved.
