Nice place but the management changed and they didn't take care of things as well. A dog kept pooping on the second floor of my building and they did nothing to stop it. They also lost numerous packages because they couldn't handle the mail. If the old management had stayed I would not have moved out.

First I want to give a shout-out to the entire office staff. They were so nice and welcoming. When I showed up with no appointment for a tour, they were still eagerly ready to show me around. Ms. Shae had a busy day that day but she was still very thorough and made sure I got all information I needed and answered any questions I had. I dont remember the other ladys name but both her and Ms. Shae made me feel comfortable enough to want to apply. My roommate and I applied that same day and the process for approval was speedy and smooth even when we had an error and Mr. Matt was able to get things back on track quickly. I cannot wait to officially call this place my home. Thank you all again.

THE ONLY GOOD REVIEWS HERE ARE FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE YET TO MOVE OUT... PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING HERE. The apartment complex is old and run down yet they charge more than similarly priced options in the area and the alternative options are much nicer than west end at city center. You should pick a different apartment on that fact alone. My roommates and I left our apartment in better condition than we moved in yet they still managed to take our whole security deposit and more for silly reasons like the fridge not being all the way wiped down even thought we did clean it before we left.The picture shows one small mark in the drawer from a condiment or something ridiculous. Very immoral business practice is going on at this complex upon move out. And as the cherry on top, our roof began leaking about 1-2 months before move out. We called maintenance many times and no one did anything about it. So every-time it rained we had to put out towels and buckets to make sure nothing else was damaged. We have a friend who lived here at the same time and his move out experience was astoundingly even worse than my experience was. One thing he was charged for was new carpets his carpets perfect upon move you could even see the vacuum marks from the rumba that ran every 3-4 days. The pictures that the west end submitted to justify the carpet charge did not even show that anything was wrong with the carpet and they refused to remove the charge or elaborate on why they needed to replace the carpet. I would highly recommend living anywhere that is not the west end city center. Many residents I have talked to enjoy their time at the apartment then they get screwed over when they move out. Be cautious because all of the good reviews are from people who have yet to move out.
