Just stay away from the domain. They try to play nice before you move in until the day you are approved for the apartment. They will be fake with you because they want your money. Only when you decide to move out at the end of your lease that you will find out how mean they are, and the worst part is that you will never get you deposit back. When I moved in I made a deposit of $1700; 3 weeks later they sent me an email saying that I wont have my deposit back and that I owe them. I dont have pets, no kid, I dont smoke. What did I damage in that apartment that will cost me my all deposit? They charged me $400 for pest control while I used to pay $25 each month for pest control, they charged me $600 for cleaning the house while the apartment was already cleaned by me 2 days before I move out.Even $1700 is not enough for them to repair "the damages I caused"and now they are telling me that I owe them more than $200. The place is beautiful but at the same time you should get ready to live with roaches. Finally, the place is not safe after 11pm.

We moved recently and we waited for afew until the apartment that we applied And we have traveling plan andchenged your ticketsto get to unit that we want get ready do they care about our problem specially the Manager and she gave us another one that was ready also in better location and people who work here are so nice and ready to help to have better place to live. I have lived here for over two years and I love it! I have small children and have ALWAYS felt safe here. The property is pretty and maintained well. The leasing office is always helpful and Jennifer goes above and beyond to help. I have never had any bug problems, the valet trash is a convenience for a mom with small children, I always get my work orders completed within the next business day, very quiet place, amazing amenities such as pool, clubhouse, and packaged lockers that are accessible at anytime. This is the best apartment in the energy corridor.

I have lived here on the 1st floor for 7 months. The place might look nice but I do not recommend this place. 1st reason is my next door neighbors watch TV until 2-3 AM and we can hear everything from our bedroom. Ive told the management and it still keeps happening. 2nd reason ( the most important) is from our neighbors upstairs. They walk like nobody lives below them. They pull stuff or run around and dont care we live downstairs. I talked to the management. They told me they kept sending warnings but nothing really has changed. Now we really hate staying home. We only have 1 day off per week and it is like a nightmare because of the neighbors upstairs. Were paying roughly $1800 (not including electric and internet bill) for 2 bed 2 bath and have to go through all this. Maybe it is the way this apartment is designed or maybe the management team does not have a way to fix the issues. We are so stressful and dont know what else we could do.
