We've lived here for about a year and a half and are very happy. The location is fantastic - very walkable to grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. The covered garage parking is perfect to keep the elements off your car and keep it out of the hot sun in the summer. The management company and maintenance staff are very responsive and easy to deal with. Very pet friendly building! The apartments themselves are very spacious and have nice fixtures. I had to knock it down to 4 stars because for a newer building, the sound proofing between floors leaves something to be desired. You do hear your upstairs neighbors walking around. Overall, we do love the building!
