Everything was good. The agent who helped me was very kind and heldul and the waiting area is cool cause you can see your car other aide of the glass. but the technician scratched 2 of my wheels/rims. This was my first brand new car. took good care of it for almost 3 years. Just to have it scratched by a technician. I dont even want it washed by anyone but me. Thats why i know every detail in this car.
If I didn't call the guy who sold us the car, we would have had to pay $250 for a new battery! This is suppose to be a certified car, so the battery should have been replaced before we bought the car, since it's the original battery, plus it was the low jack that caused the battery to get low and since y'all have so many issues with Piliots and low jacks, why didn't you replace the low jack because we bought the car? Another thing, I thought certified meant that the car has never been in a accident! Why is there a collision sticker on the car?
Tom, we're so glad to hear that our team provided top-notch service during your visit! Thanks for coming by, and we look forward to working with you again.

I would give this dealership a ZERO RATING if that was an option. MY son purchased a NEW 2022 Accord from Huggins Honda (name of dealership prior to Norm (ripoff) Reeves Honda. During a recent rain event he got a message regarding his emissions control system while driving in the rain. The car is only 8 months old he took it back to the Honda Dealership from which he purchased (previously Huggins Honda). After having the car for a week he was notified that his car was ready and there would be over $300 owed at time of pickup. He was told that the Evaporative Canister was full of water and the filter was replaced. At the time of pickup my son questioned the service rep why that is not covered under warranty. His reply was that the canister was submerged in water for an extended period of time and that was not the dealership's fault. The car was driven at highway speeds in rain for approximately 20 minutes when the message appeared. Again he assured there was never a point that the car was ever submerged at all. He spoke to the Service Manager to no avail they would not budge on the matter they even refused to investigate what may be the cause of the water getting into the canister during normal wet weather driving. Their only response was the canister was submerged for an extended period of time which it was not ever submerged at all. My son asked what he was supposed to do next time it rained? Their answer was MAYBE YOU SHOULD AVOID DRIVING IN THE RAIN!!! If you are considering purchasing a Honda I would recommend you never ever even consider purchasing from the nor would I ever have my vehicle serviced by this unscrupulous dealership. Honda has always had a good reputation both quality and honesty. Norm Reeves had NONE of these! BUYER BEWARE!!!
