It took an hour and a half to get takeout PHO. how hard is it to get noodles and broth ?! I know the restaurant industry is hurting but this place was a hot mess. They need more staff and to honestly communicate about how long an order is going to take.

Worst customer service. Manager refused to come out of the back to help resolve issues and instead hid. Save your money for a business that appreciates their customers.

Finally tried this place today. I did not have a high expectation but the quality of food was actually pretty good. The place was clean unlike most other vietnamese or chinese restaurants. The table setting was clean and neat too. Food was not overly salty or sweet which I like the most. I think most low ratings in the review were due to the slow speed of service. Yes it took longer than expected for me to get the food I ordered, but it was not a big deal. I rather want to have a quality food even if I have to wait little longer. I will definitely come back to this place.

Tried Pho for the first time. It was delicious. I dont remember all the appetizers we ate since our friend ordered them for us to try. They were also very good.

I like very much the Pho here but the recent price increase is outrageous! ? $20 for a bowl of Pho! 40% increase
