This place takes forever answer and they never call back when they say they will. Took over 3months to get the glasses in the first place (pre covid). THEN took over 4 months to get frames and even then more b.s. I had gone to the one on military previously and had no issues. It was so frustrating dealing w this location! Never again....

Update: Although I had a bad experience with a newer doctor, the owners seemed genuinely concerned and resovlved the situation promptly. They seemed to accept responsibility and hold the Dr. accountable, which is refreshing to see. Original review: I went in today to get a glasses prescription. I ended up leaving with one that left me with a prescription that's not as good as previous exams. I showed the Dr. what my previous exam was and he was very dismissive saying that I don't even need to be wearing glasses even though I get headaches when I read for too long. Also, for $75 I expect to see the Dr. for more than 15 minutes. To top it off he made wrong notes on the prescription so now I have to go see another Dr. and pay even more money to correct HIS mistake. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Dr. Cynthia Treviño was great and courteous. She took time to listen to my concerns and explain the options and solutions. The staff was not pushing for unnecessary treatments (like other reviewers stated). My family is happy with the service and we will be back for our annual exam next year.

I love this vision source location! Everyone here really treats you like family and you can tell that they honestly care that you are cared for. The ladies help you make the most of your insurance benefits as well! Honestly Ive been to other vision source locations and nothing compares to this one needless to say my husband and I are patients for life!

I am very frustrated with the staff. Last year as well as this year they gave me a certain date my trial pair contacts would be in. When I called their response was oh they haven't come in or the left side will be in on Monday and Friday the right side. Did you want to pick one up before the other one? So I called today and another staff lady answered and said it takes 4 weeks to come in, we will call you. I think the staff forgot to place order, until I called a week ago. The doctors are great but we will not return next year for sure. Terrible customer service. They need to get their stuff together.
