Garbage!!! Plain and simple. The most unprofessional company I have encountered in my adult life. They took my call by rejecting it and then followed up with a text message. The first guy I spoke to seem concerned about the issues for my truck. I was informed they could not accommodate me on that day, he even apologized. I told him I would call back once arrived home. Before I could contact them back I received a text requesting the description and issues with the vehicle. I was filling out form but before I could finish I received a phone call asking me to confirm appointment for next day. I confirmed but not before the lady who called asked me every question that was included on form. I thought ok they need this info verbally and in writing. I complied with the companies request only to receive a nasty text message from the lady who took my information. The email told me they would NOT BE CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT because I was not grateful in my tone to them for coming to provide me a service that I was paying for. Addionally when I called back several times, my calls went unanswered. The lady got upset because I responded by telling her "I never stated something she implied I had informed her of" to a question she asked me. To this day I'm wondering why I needed to be gracious for a paid service; this was not a CHARITABLE SERVICE.

I had great customer service from a man named Matthias. He catered to me and offered me advice for fixing my vehicle and was patient when hearing me out, given that Im a new driver and dont know much. This place is awesome and I highly encourage talking to him when you call.
