I read about this business and am very supportive of the concept and demographic make up, however, an astronomical estimated quote of $30 to $40 to insert a simple elastic dart on the waistband of a pair of shorts in order to expand it has motivated me to take out my sewing machine and attempt this alteration myself.

UPDATE: Suay refunded me in full. Upping my stars since now at least I got two masks for free, even if they were not exactly what I ordered ORIGINAL: I ordered two masks over a month ago and received completely different colors. When I asked to return or replace, they said they could only refund half my purchase. Since then, I have not received the half refund and have not been able to get a response. I just wanted what I ordered. Now I dont want others to go through the same experience I have.
