UPDATE: Much credit given to Dan, the GM in Boston, for trying to make things right. Original post: Completely ignored my husband and I. We tried both sides of the bar for over 10 minutes. Its a total disaster there. Avoid at all costs.
Great environment in the tap room. Pleanty of seating space and big open windows on either side: one facing the city and water, the other looking into part of their brewery. They always have brewery-only options, rare UFOs, collabs, and experimental brews on tap. They fill growlers and sell bottles/cans to go. Gift shop is solid with some cool apparel, but the only thing I saw that I personally thought was worth the money was the "church key" style branded bottle opener. That thing is awesome. EDITED TO ADD: I forgot about the pretzels! Get the pretzels! They make them in house out of spent grains from brewing. Their house-made, beer-themed sauces are great. Both the cinnamon pretzel and the salt pretzel are well worth it.
We were open 12pm-8pm on St. Patrick's Day, like every Thursday. Sorry we missed you!

Always closed. CLOSED ON SAINT PATRICKS DAY. Like why? Response to Harpoon: You closed at 8PM on Saint Patricks Day why so early? Youre a brewery not a library.
