Unfortunately this company doesn't care too much about the erosion from their development running off into creeks and destroying their neighbors property so to update even after the stop work order for their disregard of the creek the keep letting contractors work every day since

Sales agent is disorganized and does NOT communicate with buyers agent. The contractors dont do their jobs well and when called out on it, builder takes no responsibility to have it fixed. Spec homes should all closely have the same supplies and materials that can be used in all their homes, but constant purchasing of the wrong items caused us to delay closing several times. Great product but poor customer service.

To be honest, if I could give them 0 stars I would. There wasn't an Agent on ground to provide any assitance. Whenever my realtors would try to contact the listing agent, they were never available. When we finally get a response, they give us the "use our lender or else" treatment. I'm just surprised at house they conduct business or even how people actually purchased a home through them. Highly recommend looking up the reviews on Better Business Bureau first.
