Overall disappointed in my order. I ordered an item that is part of the neon collection. While the product is quite nice and free of blemishes it was not what I was expecting. Based on the wording I was expecting some sort of back lighting feature to act as neon. However, after receiving the product I feel that it should be more clearly defined that no lighting or neon is actually included. At the discounted rate I received the product it is a good buy, but had I paid the full price I would have been quite upset to at the product received. Additionally, I had no issue with shipping or processing time.
