When she finally asked for a quote in an email, she said that she was trying for months to get a quote. Simply not true then, not true now. Once she got the quote for basic t-shirts, koozies and baseball caps, she fired off a few emails asking what were her options, with double question marks. There's thousands of options and we can't help her if she doesn't know what she wants.

Good quality shirts but absolutely horrible customer service. I've been trying to get quotes on apparel and place an order for 3 months now. It takes minimum of 1 - 2 weeks to get a reply, IF they respond. I've sent multiple emails with no replies. Last email was over a month ago, still nothing. It's very unprofessional. I'm pretty disappointed and sick of waiting around. Will be taking my business somewhere else.
