Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The reps stay on script and can't respond to logical questions other than to keep repeating the same thing. I will have to go to PUC over a $20 discrepancy.

I cant share my entire experience quite as of yet, however I will say that I have quite a few people in my governmental chain of command as in my local county such as the county councilmans office, the state as in my state Senators office, and the Governors office, and the US congressmans office for my district the first congressional district, working on my issues with my charges so there will be more to come in the hopefully very near future. Stay tuned!
