Dear Jason, I am very sorry you feel this way about our service and products. Your delivery was sent to the account holders address not the delivery address as you specified. For this, as I said personally on the phone to you we are very sorry. We did refund the delivery charge and offer compensation by way of a discount. Our prices are actually some of the lowest available for branded textile ink on the market. We did fail to deliver correctly on this occasion but we are only human, which is not an excuse it is a fact. We all make mistakes and we are truly sorry.

Terrible service and ridiculous prices. Inconsistent deliveries and call backs. Never offered compensation for anything gone wrong on their end. Probably the most greedy company I've ever dealt with. Rjet 5 is a decent machine but you will need to become a technician yourself to avoid the horrendous costs resolute impose on repairs though sometimes u will get lucky and get decent phone support. Rjet 5 also does not hold its resale value. Can be found cheap on eBay for 3000 I expect this is because of the cost of ink and maintenance of the machine.
Poor show from this company promised a demo for ten days asked when I would get it and was ignored and blocked from there Facebook from there md Colin !!!! Lots of other people I have spoken to since having the same problem !!!! Not sure why as product looks great but when you ask for demo you are fobbed off ! Be careful with your money people Very rude people
