The wait time at this office is unacceptable. I had an appointment for 11:20 and didn't go back for pre-screening until after 12:50 then I didn't see the doctor until after 1:30. There is no way that an eye doctor's appointment should take over 2 hours. Find another doctor unless you don't mind the long wait time.
Everybody here is so sweet and accommodating! I really felt like I was being taken care without being put in a rush. I've been a long time patient as well as my family here and reccomand seeing any of the doctors! If contacts don't feel right or if you have any questions they will definitely take that extra time to make sure you are satisfied with your visit.
I usually dread my annual eye appointments because it takes so long, but I was pleasantly surprised with my most recent visit. I did the online booking, which was very convenient. The front desk staff, Britney and Kristina were very friendly, helpful, and quick with me. I told Kristina I was in a rush to get done by a certain time and she was able to work with me to get my eyes dilated as quick as possible and get through my appointment in a jiffy. Dr. Manguikian Viken was awesome and great to talk to. He's quick and to the point, and answers any question you have in detail.
I brought my mother to her appointment today and she had a very good appointment but while filling out paperwork we were addressed very rudely. As I was sitting next to my mom a woman whom I believe is actually the office manager (I think I heard someone say her name is Mina) approached me and said "Why are you just sitting there". I was clearly there with my mother whom is wheelchair bound to help her but she made me feel as if I was a waste of space in the waiting area. The rest of the staff and Doctor was extremely nice and redeemed the visit, however, the office manager did taint the beginning of our visit to where we almost walked out. I have never written a review before but I think the lady needs to take some customer service lessons from her staff. Not only did she have that rude comment, but she was so quick to take my mother's card without even explaining what we were paying for. Would've given 5/5 stars if it wasn't for that initial interaction, but I want to give a special thanks to the young girls who work there who really took care of my mother and made sure she didn't feel like a waste of space.
