We began our process with Lawyers Express Title in May 2020. After several months of calling and emailing to get updates from Jen Kehs and oftentimes being ignored, I was finally able to get someone to follow-up by including Karen Wolfe in the process. I was hoping to give time for the problems to resolve, but due to their negligence and delayed responses, the seller is now unable to get a hold of and we are committed to a hanging contractual agreement - which apparently is none of their business as they've advised for myself "to hire an attorney to force the release." I cannot say I'd recommend them at all from my own experiences.

As a first time homebuyer,I anticipated red tape and obstacles but LET made the process painless! My processor, Pam, was very helpful and answered every question with professionalism . My closing was fun! I will certainly use them again if the need arises.

Lawyers Express Title handled the closing on the sale of a rental property in late August. That went smoothly, however, since that time they have withheld a substantial amount of funds the proceeds from the sale of our house in Baltimore. When asked why they refuse to send us the remaining funds despite having paid all of the costs associated with the sale, we were told that it was company policy to await the filing of the title by the City of Baltimore. Repeated queries as to the logic or legal basis for this policy have gone unanswered.
