Two stars is two too many. This lawyer did not fight hard enough to get my husband compensated properly. After three surgeries from a MVA accident as a pedestrian, his life is worth much more than what was awarded. Completely not worth the effort. Extremely disappointed.

STAY AWA!!!! This law firm uses a lot of false advertising claiming that they will fight your case when the truth is after your initial consult no attorney, and I mean NOT ONE SINGLE LAWYER calls you to follow up . This is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. After having a most traumatic car accident in Brooklyn where I was physically assaulted I immediately contacted them. They sent me to multiple specialties for treatment and testing and I complied. The physical therapy I received was causing me more harm than good, and they where more interested in drawing out my pain for a long period, doing invasive surgeries and not so much focused on getting me better. Meanwhile, I was living with daily chronic pain and limited functionality. I finally had to pursue alternative care to improve my condition. So glad I did. I tried many times to consult Lamonsoff about my case, but no one was EVER available and not one attorney called me to discuss my case, their plan, their progress, how I was doing - NOTHING. After multiple follow up calls from me one of them finally called only to brush me off the phone and gave me limited information about my case. They sent a letter saying they "have decided not to pursue a negligence case on my behalf". What an outrage! I suppose it was not juicy enough for them? Not enough money involved? Did I had to lose and eye or a limb for them to care and so much as place a phone call to me? These people are a waste of time, money hungry, and heartless -- please go somewhere else because unless you have a huge potential lawsuit they will not even fart on you. Little people do not matter to these BULLies!

This was the worst case of my life, my case took over 4 years only for the office to outsource my case to a other firm. I was informed today after after 2 and half years that my case would not settled after a full year of treatment. I feel very lied to almost every step of the way by this firm. A paralegal told me I would be time for my missed time at work only to be told a year later that was not the case. The only time this firm seemed to care about how I felt is when I wrote a negative review on here and then was directly contacted by Micheal. I have all the paperwork and email from my case and not in one email did they tell me I needed to treat longer for my case to have value.
