Bought a Dacia Logan from them . Should have known to view the car in proper daylight and not when it had just been washed. Didn't see all the scratches all over the black bodywork. Not Happy

Called twice for a quote on repair works on different days, was told someone would contact me in the hour, never recieved a call back. Went to the garage to obtain a quote, none of the staff seemed interested in approaching me to ask if I needed anything, found the service desk hidden at the back and spoke to the most uninterested receptionist.. Wanted 120 an hour for a mechanic to look at an obvious oil leak from the engine? I already knew where the leak was coming from and would not provide me a quote for the gaskets to be replaced without the 120 mechanic check. Was looking to get the car repaired to sell it and buy a newer Renault, definitely wont be buying a car from this lot, unprofessional and uninterested in helping customers.
