Ms. Lusthaus represented my ex (in Brooklyn Supreme) and I am so glad she did. Her work was sloppy, both in court and in her writing (tons of typos, factual errors, etc.). She didn't seem to have a firm grasp of the case or the law, and as a result, my ex lost completely. It looked to me like Ms. Lusthaus put in the least amount of work possible once she cashed the retainer check. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, but a word to the wise. If you want to win look elsewhere.

Before I can open my mouth the receptionist said: "$500.00 for consultation, who referred you?" That is horrific customer service. Need to train your staff properly, it's not hard to answer the phone with some manners.
