Whilst I haven't used them personally, I can unequivocally state that at least one of their drivers is a NASCAR wannabe - at least during rush hour traffic on Wade Hampton Blvd in Taylors...driving a heavy work truck, especially one emblazoned with your employer's logos etc., aggressively in that flow of traffic wouldn't appear to be the smartest thing to do - but perhaps he subscribes to the famous "Ricky Bobby" mantra - 'if you ain't first, you're last...' Having them drive like that in YOUR neighborhood, around your pets and children, well - that's a choice you're going to have to make.

Mr Smith, We have checked our records and we dont have a customer with your name. Also, we have been extremely backed with pool builds and have only done one liner replacement in the last six months and that was in fountain inn. Please verify that you have the right company. I assure you that if we installed your liner and there was an issue it would be corrected immediately.

Dont use this company!!! They were hired to replaced a liner and the pool is worse now than it ever was! The liner wrinkled and has multiple leaks around steps, drain and pool light. Wasted money on this company. Buyer beware dont fall for a deal with no customer service or response

A great experience from start to finish! I contacted Aqua Pool Care to discuss a new liner for our pool. Richard was quick to return my call and set up a time to come out to give an estimate. His follow up with a bid was quick and reasonable, making our decision to go with them very easy. His promptness and professionalism were very appreciated. He was in constant contact about the progress of the liner installation (as I was out of town when it was installed) and followed up with text message photos and a phone call when it was complete. It looks beautiful. A job well done and working with Aqua Pool care made the whole process very comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone for pool care and services and would definitely use them in the future if the need arises. A big thanks for their attention to detail!

I can't believe I was lucky enough to find Richard and his team. They have absolutely got the right idea on what customer service is all about. Prompt, friendly, honest, quality, beautiful professional work -I could go on and on. Thank you for resurrecting my faith in the idea that you can trust people to do what they say and care about their clients. Any one looking for anything to do with pools can't go wrong with Aqua Pools Inc and Richard's Team.

Aqua pool care is very unprofessional and are full of excuses. They failed to come to my home the first time I contacted them for a quote on getting a new liner and the pool cleaned. They said they had an unforeseen emergency happen.Ok,I will give anybody the benefit of the doubt. When they finally did show up the next day they were late. Again more excuses. I was told they would be back the following Friday to start after getting the quote for what we were having done. I never heard from them and I waited until 1300 when I messaged them and asked what the status was and what time they were coming out. Once again I was told they had an emergency and wouldn't be able to come out until the following Monday. My wife had taken the day off to be here for them. She is in the medical field and works nights. This company seems to have a lot of unforeseen emergency's and is terrible with their communication. Had I not messaged them I seriously doubt I would have heard from them. I informed them that we were very unhappy with their lack of professionalism and I believe a man is only as good as his word. I would discourage anybody from using this company as I feel they are unreliable, bad with communication, and full of excuses. They apologized but what good is that when you have made numerous excuses and completely blew off a potential customer? Do yourself a favor and seek a pool service that will keep their word and keep you informed. Now we are set back even further as we had planned on having the pool done by memorial day weekend. Thank god I found a better company who assured me that they would not only do the job right, but have it ready by Memorial day weekend. Retired Army Sergeant.
