I placed a cookie order 1 month ago to be shipped to my home and it still has not arrived. Called and sent emails to the direct ship company with no response. Even sent an email to the council and received a generic response advising they would advise the direct shipping company/bakery. Would be nice to know when my order will arrived! Others that ordered after I did received their order 2.5 weeks after the order date and advised the packages are smaller and the cookies are not as good as years past, with the exception of the lemon ones.

I worked for the GSCOC in Finance for 2.5 years. It was one of the most abusive atmospheres imaginable. The women were petty, rude, lazy and had uncontrollable tempers. Within weeks of being hired, my co-workers workloads were permanently assigned to me. Work from other departments was permanently assigned to me. While employed there, I never got a review. After quitting, I sent a detail of my experience to the headquarters in NY but never got a response.
