Realtor Clayton J. dropped us via text message as we were flying to Tampa to view homes the next day (tomorrow). Sent us a long string of text messages as we were in the air! He was uncomfortable showing homes in Tampa historic districts and preferred to sell Clearwater beach properties instead I guess. Height of unprofessionalism. Do not use this realty company given the character of the agents they employ.

Jo and The Welcome Home Team have been so incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process of navigating the (crazy) Tampa market. From the start, Jo was happy to stop and explain things we were unsure about and talk through our concerns. Without her skills and insight, I seriously doubt we would have found a decent house, let alone the one we ended up with which we absolutely love. Even after we closed, she was quick to respond and help us out with questions. We cannot recommend her enough; she's an absolute gem.
