Horrible customer service, hard to get a hold of, mail box is always full so you can't leave voicemails, not only that but they never respond back to emails. Id say hire someone else
I went in on a Saturday not knowing he is usually closed and that he was only there for a client. But he took care of me right then and there. Embroidered a baby blanket for my little nephew in the picture.
We are sorry about this bad review. We have never received the information from our client and its true we had his 3 shirts waiting at our shop for more than one month and our client never answered. Thanks for this first bad review we have got in years, we will consider the good and bad points to keep with our good service. I went to this place to get some shirts embroidered. I sent them my company logo via email and waited to get a call that they were done. I left town and went back after almost a month. Turns out the shirts weren't done!! They stated they never received my logo and that they had attempted to call me. False statement because I never received a phone call, I had no voicemail, and never received an email. I received no type of apology, and when I told them I would just go somewhere else, they just said OK. Never attempted to retain a customer, apologize in any way, and just acted like nothing. Not to mention, that I always had to call before going as the shop was found closed on multiple occasions when I would just go. This place really lacks professionalism. Prices may be low, but I rather pay a bit more for good customer service. I gave it 2 stars just because they have decent pricing, but again, money isn't everything. Would I recommend this place? Not at all!
