I went in this afternoon to look for some screws. It took me a while and I asked for some help. An associate walked over and opened the drawer said here and walked away. That was the help I received. There was no help in finding what I needed. Also the cashier's who are young are swearing joking around. This was just no help today or the last time I was here. To come here you need to know what you want without asking anyone for help. I have aways come here but the store has definitely changed and not for the better.

Floor people are very helpful. Help you find your items. Now cashiers does not know how to give your change back to you. Who put change ontop of your bills. Did u every try to balance the change on the bills. Change SHOULD BE PUT IN YOUR HAND AND THEN BILLS SHOULD BE COUNTED OUT TO YOU. ESPECIALLY IF I GAVE YOU $100 dollar bill. These kids are not trained CORRECTLY.. THE BLIND LEADING THE BLIND.. IT'S so sad..

Decent prices and they'll have everything you need. However the last few times I've gone here the same dark haired girl has been at the checkout and she seems miserable. First time I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but every time I have seen her here she won't even say hello, and if she does talk she doesn't come off as pleasant, which is a shame because most other people there seem pretty nice.
