My girlfriend called a few places beforehand and decided to come here because was told that if dropped off Thursday it would be ready by Monday. Was not given realistic expectations. If was would have went to a different place. Took over a week and owner is very rude. Will never use anymore.

Do not go there, and especially dont order online! I wasnt even able to exchange items I didnt even leave out the store with yet and wasnt able to exchange a shirt that was still in the wrapper and tag on and unworn after being told I could do so once the rest of my order came in. So, I have three different experiences with this store. My first experience was amazing, he took me around the store, we talked about the fabrics and what would fit my shape and everything, his customer service was amazing! I told everyone in my class to go there because the experience was so good. Now I ordered my next two pair online for me to come and pick up. I go into the store and there is only me in the store, I ask him if my order came in yet and he goes to look for it. He only has one top. Three ppl come in and I let him speak to them. 30min go by with me trying to ask him if he happens to have a smaller size because the top is too big. He says just go try it on, and I proceeded to say I think Im going to need a smaller size. He ignores me and proceeded to walk over to another customer and ask them if he can help them. At this point I have been there for 40min and I just need to know if I can switch my order to a smaller size since its not here yet, he eventually goes back up to the counter and tells me to take the shirt home and come in try them all on and if they are too big we will find some that fits at that time. Two days later (today), at 10:03 am, I go in to see about the rest of my order. There is NO one in the store again, just me. I proceed to ask for my order he brings it to me and I look at the items and say yes they are too big. I ask if Im able to exchange and he says NO RETURNS. (mind you two days ago he told me to take the shirt and once everything is in and I know its too big we can fix it). Once I tried to recap what was said Tuesday January 12th 2021, he cut me off and says Im too busy for this. Again, only I am in the store. He pushes the items to me and said you need to take your items and get out. I said I am not getting loud with you, I dont have an attitude, I pull my mask down just so he can see my facial expression, I did not want my money back i just wanted my moneys worth of scrubs that fit me for work. I was even expecting to pay more because I knew for my size the scrubs would be a lil more expensive. He treated me rudely from the start and he lied about the return policy and never let me say fully what my actual issue was with out him cutting me off and saying I dont have time to talk you can just take your items and leave and remember you on camera. I told him to have an amazing day and the only thing you have on camera is a customer who was expressing that her order is the wrong size and asking what they could do and you acting belligerent towards your non aggressive customer. So I would not recommend order or buying from this store.
